2. Ticket Purchase & Conditions

All tickets are sold subject to availability. Ticket prices are as stated at the time of purchase and are inclusive of any applicable booking fees unless otherwise stated.

Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold for profit. Any ticket found to have been resold above face value may be cancelled without refund. We reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased through unauthorised resale channels.

You must be aged 18 or over to purchase a ticket and attend the festival. Valid photo ID may be required on entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any person who cannot provide satisfactory proof of age.

Tickets must be presented at the venue entrance, either printed or on a mobile device. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced. Brixton Disco Festival Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged tickets.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the event that the festival is cancelled or significantly altered by us.

In the event of cancellation of the festival due to circumstances within our control, ticket holders will be offered a full refund of the face value of their ticket. Booking fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, acts of terrorism, or public health emergencies), we will endeavour to offer a credit or rescheduled date but cannot guarantee a cash refund.

If the festival is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.

4. Conduct at the Event

All attendees are expected to behave in a respectful and lawful manner at all times. Brixton Disco Festival is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination, violence, or any behaviour that causes distress to other attendees or staff. Any person found to be in breach of this policy will be removed from the event without refund.

The possession or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. We work closely with venue security and the Metropolitan Police. Any person found in possession of illegal substances will be removed and may be reported to the police.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event at our absolute discretion, including where we reasonably believe their presence poses a risk to the safety or enjoyment of others.

5. Liability

Brixton Disco Festival Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense suffered by attendees, except where such loss is caused by our negligence or breach of statutory duty.

Attendees attend the festival at their own risk. We strongly recommend that all attendees take out appropriate personal insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses, and loss of personal property.

Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
